The Police once again in Abuja on Tuesday clashed with activists and supporters of the Nigerian Peace Corps at the organisation’s headquarters in Abuja where they were gathered to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the organization.

Police officers stormed the venue of the celebration as soon as Corps Commandant Dickson Akoh started to brief journalists.

There was pandemonium as people scampered for safety when the policemen started t fire tear gas canisters and gun shot.
