Singer Tiwa Savage has confirmed she was almost kidnapped.
Kemi Olunloyo claims that the singer’s new driver informed his conspirators of her whereabouts.
Fortunately for Tiwa Savage, all those involved in the kidnapping attempt have been apprehended and turned over to the police.
According to a post on Kemi Olunloyo’s Instagram page, the incident took place on Thursday, April 13, in Lagos.
Confirming the incident, Tiwa Savage’s management released a press statement, which she posted on her instagram page.
“Following reports online, we confirm that on Thursday the 13th April 2023, there was a major security breach at the residence of musician Tiwa Savage.
“A number of suspects were caught and are currently being held under investigation at the Alagbo Police Station, Ikoyi.
“Ms Tiwa and her family are safe and well”, the statement reads.
