Soso Soberekon, a music businessman, has explained why some women stay in violent marriages.

Via his Instagram page, Soberekon warns against domestic violence in relationships, saying that a man who is physically abusive is capable of committing murder in marriage.

Soberekon further notes that some women may be distracted by food, freebies, and sexual desires, which can prevent them from making rational decisions to leave the abusive relationship.

“A man who beats you in a relationship can kill you in marriage. 

“But penis, sharwama, catfish pepper soup, Nkwobi & Goodies will not let you have sense,” he said.
