The Super Eagles of Nigeria were in camp at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Ikot Ekpene on Thursday when Pastor Umo Eno, the governor of Akwa Ibom State, met them.
Governor Umo Eno will give out 30,000 free tickets for Super Eagles vs. Sao Tome
Governor Eno initially bought 5,000 tickets in various categories, which will be distributed for free starting at 2:30 p.m. on the day of the game.
This was revealed in a statement by the Akwa Ibom state organizing committee for the renowned international match.
According to reports, normal tickets cost N200, VIP tickets cost N500, and VVIP tickets cost N1,000.
In order to give supporters the chance to see this thrilling game, Governor Umo Uno has paid for more than 30,000 tickets.
The Governor made the decision to purchase an additional 25,000 tickets for the AFCON 2023 qualification game because of the overwhelmingly high demand for them when they were first made available.
All 30,000 match tickets will be given away for free to fans, making it possible for anyone who wants to attend this fantastic event to do so.
There is no need to buy tickets for this game, fans just need to show up at the stadium before 4:00 p.m. on the day of the game to get a free ticket at the gate.
An official announcement bearing Sir Monday Ebong Uko’s signature, the state commissioner for youth development and sports, announced this outstanding endeavor by the Governor.
The governor posed with a photo of Super Eagles captain jersey Ekong, who promised Minister of Sports Owan Enoh a victory against Sao Tome and Principe.
