Again a call has gone out to incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari to seek re-election in 2019. The call this time was made by the Buhari Volunteers Movement (BVM) who said the hope of a better Nigeria became more visible as loopholes that encouraged corruption in previous administrations were blocked under the Buhari regime.

National Co-coordinator of the group Comrade Paul Emumena Michael in a statement said Buhari’s re-election will be in order for him to complete his reformation agenda and place Nigeria on the path of prosperity.

“Our infrastructures were decaying on a daily basis insecurity became a norm in our society, funds budgeted for power, security, health and others were mindlessly looted and diverted into personal pockets and foreign accounts.

“Thankfully, God in His kindness gave our country President Buhari, a man of proven integrity and for once in the history of our country; Nigerians began to understand the doctrine of sowing and reaping. The path of our country was redirected for good,” he said.
