The usual Federal Executive Council FEC meeting for this week has been cancelled.

 

Presidential spokesman Femi Adesina who made this known in a statement today in Abuja said this was due to President Muhammadu Buhari attending a high-level meeting of the International Conference on Lake Chad Basin in Abuja with a significant number of the federal cabinet.

 

“This is due to the participation of President Muhammadu Buhari and a significant number of ministers at the High-Level Meeting of the International Conference on Lake Chad Basin, at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, for the better part of that day,” he said in the statement.
