It’s not news that Zidane is a big admirer of the Egyptian international and quite rightly so considering the blistering form he is currently on.

The Egypt star has been in fine form under Jurgen Klopp following his move from Roma last summer.

Salah has netted 31 goals and chipped in with nine assists in all competitions this season.
And according to Spanish news outlet Diario Gol, the former Chelsea star is attracting Real’s interest.

They claim Zidane is desperate to land Salah at the end of the season and he’s told Real president Florentino Perez to compete a deal.
Diario Gol add that Zidane wants the Liverpool star over Tottenham hitman Harry Kane.

The England international has been heavily linked with a move to the Bernabeu, with Perez a huge admirer of the Spurs goal machine and is willing to make him their record signing.

However, Zidane has told the Real chief to sign Salah instead, with the Frenchman claiming the Liverpool ace would suit the Spanish giants better.

Diario Gol also says that Real would be willing to pay up to £90m (€100m) for Salah at the end of the season.
