How clever a tricycle known as Keke Napep in Nigeria used as commercial transport in commuting passengers from place to place has been built into a hospital ambulance to take sick or injured people from scene of accident or from hospital to hospital.

 

According to report nobody knows the location where it is being used in Nigeria. The trend has been commended by some social media users pardoning the awkwardness.
