Nigeria thrashed Sao Tome and Principe 10-0 in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Monday, with Napoli attacker Victor Osimhen scoring four goals.
With the goal, Osimhen now has 15 goals in 23 appearances for the Super Eagles.
He has now surpassed superstars such as Austin ‘Jay Jay’ Okocha, Kanu Nwankwo, and Daniel Amokachi in the all-time top scorers’ list.
Rashidi Yekini, Yakubu Ayegeni, Samson Siasia, and Odion Ighalo are ahead of Osimhen.

Rashidi Yekini is in first place with 37 goals.
Segun Odegbami is in second place with 23 goals.
Yakubu Ayegbeni is third with 21 goals.
