Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Patrick Moro, yesterday said the problem of PDP in the area is how to manage the overwhelming support of the electorate in the zone. Senator Morro stated this while inaugurating his campaign council headed by Chief Ezekiel Adaji. Senator Abba Patrick Moro said since he joined the PDP in 1998, Benue South Senatorial District has been in the PDP.

He said the committee that has Dr. Adakole Friday Elijah as Director General, would be continuously enlarged in view of the increasing support of the people. According to him, the seeming problem of the PDP would be resolved before the elections take place next year.  He however observed that the call for the removal of the head of the party was absurd because when the head of the body is cut off, the other parts of the body become useless.

He also said some persons say they are obedient whereas their principal was not obedient when he was in the PDP. Moro said his campaign proper would be launched in Oju next Monday and expressed regret over the inability of the campaign council in extending invitation to Sir John Ngbede, the PDP governorship candidate and other very important personalities for the inauguration that took place in Otukpo. He therefore summoned the relevant groups for discussion on the modalities that would make the launching of the campaign in Oju a huge success.
