The 2023 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) were presented to musicians who excelled in their pop musical performances on Tuesday, September 12 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Taylor Swift, an American musician, took home the most accolades this year with nine, topping the list of recipients.

Other notable singers, including Nigeria’s talented artist, Rema, made this year’s list.
