The musician Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, aka Sam Larry, were ordered to be held in police prison by a magistrate court in the Yaba neighborhood of Lagos State.

 

In order to hold the pair in custody for 30 days until they finished their investigation into the contentious death of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba nicknamed Mohbad, the Lagos State Police Command had petitioned the court.

The Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun decided on the application and mandated that both individuals be held in custody for just 21 days.
