The transgender community has once again come under fire from UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who claimed that people “can’t be any sex they want to be.”

On Wednesday afternoon, October 4, he said those things in his final statement at the Conservative Party convention for 2023.

When expressing his opinion on transgender people, Sunak once claimed that people shouldn’t be “bullied into believing people can be any sex they want to be.”

“We’re going to alter this nation, and life means life in that context. That shouldn’t be a contentious viewpoint. It is endorsed by the vast majority of diligent people,” he said.

 

Additionally, it shouldn’t be debatable for parents to be aware of the relationships lessons their kids are receiving at school.

 

“Patients should know when hospitals are talking about men or women,” was said to loud applause.

 

“We shouldn’t let bullies convince us that people can be any sex they want to be,” he continued. They are unable.

 

To yet another chorus of protests from the Tories present, he said, “A man is a man, and a woman is a woman, that is just common sense.”
