Ukraine’s Interior Minister, Igor Klymenko, expressed his deep sorrow and condemnation of this latest act of violence.

 

The heartbreaking news was confirmed by him, who said, “Another targeted strike by Russia on civilians. Under the ruins, a 10-year-old boy’s body was discovered. 16 more people suffered injuries.
