Hon. Christopher Atule Okoche, a former representative for the Ibaji Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, has switched parties to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Okoche previously served as the interim leader of Kogi State’s Ibaji Local Government Area.

At a meeting of APC stakeholders held on Sunday in the Ibaji Local Government, he announced this.

He claimed that the enormous accomplishments made by the APC-led federal and Kogi State governments were the basis for his choice to join the party.

He said he had made consultations with his immediate constituents and will come at a given date with all his supporters into the APC.

Okoche said there was no guarantee of victory for the PDP or any other party in Kogi State apart from the APC in the November 11 governorship polls.
