Renowned Nigerian musician Bella Shmurda has declined a portrait featuring him and his late friend, Mohbad.

 

In a video circulating on the internet, Bella Shmurda is seen on stage, and an attendee presents a portrait depicting him with the late singer Mohbad. In the trending video, Bella expresses that he cannot accept the gift because he doesn’t want to keep it in his house.

 

Speaking in Yoruba, he says, “You who brought this picture will be the same person to take it back because I can’t put this in my house, but I will give you money.”

Recall that Mohbad, a former signee of the Marlian Record label, passed away on September 12, 2023
