Media personality and travel enthusiast, Shade Ladipo had a lot to say about Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, and they were not good things.

 

In a chat with hosts of the ‘Bahd and Boujee’ podcast, Shade Ladipo came for the singer’s jugulars. She recounted an experience with Burna Boy.

 

“Burna Boy has no integrity. Someone contacted him for a show. Two days before the event, he calls to cancel and refund the money, pointing out that he won’t be available”, she said.

 

Shade Ladipo said the convener of the show called her in tears to explain what had happened between himself and Burna Boy. “In America, it is called bait and switch, it is a fraud”, she continued.

 

She further disclosed that the reason people purchased the tickets was due to Burna Boy’s appearance on promotional materials.

 

Fortunately, when Burna Boy could not turn up, they managed to get in touch with Nigerian singer, Teni, who joined them at the last minute and delivered a stellar performance.

 

“He might go on to say he refunded the money, but are you kidding me? What is money? Integrity is much more important than money”, Shade declared.

 

We might get a response from Burna Boy on this, which might signal the beginning of a new feud on social media.
