Lara George demands ‘proper’ apology from Pastor Paul Eneche for accusing woman of false testimony

Gospel musician, Lara George has made a stance against Dunamis Church lead pastor, Dr. Paul Enenche after he allegedly apologized to Anyim Veronica in a “weak” manner.

 

Lara George who was unimpressed with the church’s response, underlined the need for a sincere apology matching the severity of the reprimand.

 

Pastor Enenche publicly embarrassed Veronica before his congregation, alleging her testimony to be false. However after evidences were tendered that she graduated, the Pastor tendered an apology.

 

She voiced her displeasure on Instagram, questioning the veracity of the church’s statement and pleading for Pastor Enenche to apologize to Veronica as loud as he disrespected her in the first instance.

Erm. That’s not an apology. When it leaves room for doubt, you haven’t apologized. WWJD?“Be humble enough to apologize to her properly. Let your apology be as loud and as clear as your criticism”, Lara George wrote on Instagram.

 

Lara George insister the Pastor should apologise to Anyim properly. She added, “Unequivocally. That write-up that you had your people do, is really an insult on top of her injury. You know this. You would never dare address the matter that way if she was from a wealthy background.

 

Recall that Pastor Paul Enenche publicly accused his church member, Anyim Veronica of giving a false testimony in church – an act that received heavy criticism from social media users.

 

However, after the incident, Pastor Paul Enenche got in touch with Anyim, and from what his secretary, Sylvester Edoh, said in a statement, he apologized for criticizing Anyim’s testimony in public.

 

After the meeting with the Pastor and his wife, Dr. Becky Enenche, Anyim wrote on social media, “I want to inform the whole world that I just had a warm meeting with my spiritual father and mother, Dr. Paul Enenche and Dr. Becky Enenche”.
